Brake lining wear measured and recorded on each wheel
Brake drums removed and inspected (where applicable)
Brake adjustment performed
Slack adjusters lubricated
Brake S-cam bushes greased
Air brake chambers inspected for diaphragm damage
ABS sensor cleaning and inspection
2 Tyres & Wheels
Tread depth measured on every tyre and recorded
Tyre pressures set to spec on all axles
Tyre rotation/replacement assessment performed
Wheel bearings checked for play
Hub temperature check after road test
3 Coupling System
King pin measured with gauge — record reading
King pin re-greased
Landing gear gearbox greased
Landing gear shoes inspected and replaced if worn
Trailer plug (suzie) connection tested
4 Suspension
All suspension grease points serviced
Spring leaves inspected for cracks
U-bolts torqued to spec
Air bag inspection (where fitted)
Shock absorbers inspected for leaks
5 Electrical
All exterior lights tested
Wiring loom inspected for damage
Trailer plug pins cleaned (no corrosion)
Number plate clean and legible
Reflectors cleaned
6 Air System
Air dryer cartridge inspected/replaced
All reservoir tanks drained
Air leak test on full system
Air-line couplings serviced
